Vincent P. Garrett, M.B.A

Chief Executive Officer

Vincent is an experienced healthcare leader and operational efficiency consultant. He also serves on the dean’s advisory board at California State University San Bernardino’s Jack H. Brown school of Business and Public Administration. Vincent was instrumental in developing one of the first Los Angeles County Approved COVID-19 business education platforms in the entire country. Throughout his career, he has led several complex projects incorporating large healthcare organizations, real estate developers, government agencies, and warehousing and logistics hubs. In each project, he ensures the goal is never at the expense of the patient or planet.

Gwen Garrett, B.S.N., R.N.

Chief Health Officer

Gwen is a registered nurse, public health advocate and healthcare consultant. Gwen developed her leadership philosophy while being raised in a family business which specialized in providing high quality individualized care to seniors across Los Angeles County. After completing her nursing degree in Puerto Rico, she became passionate about decreasing the cultural healthcare disparity specifically amongst Latino communities. She remains actively engaged with her high school Health Academy program, providing mentorship to the next generation of nurses.

Alisha Ben Livingston, M.S.N., R.N.

Director of Administration

Alisha is an experienced registered nurse, nursing leader, and healthcare consultant. She has always been fascinated with policy and identifying the safest, most efficient way for clinicians to provide high-quality care. Alisha is a clinical advocate and has worked to develop end-to-end training and mentorship for new clinicians entering the workforce. She aims to decrease nursing burnout and was instrumental in developing the C.H.A.N.T.™ New Grad program for nurses in partnership with C.H.A.N.T.™ Training Academy

Krista Cabagay, B.S.N., R.N.

Director of Operations

Krista Cabagay is an experienced registered nurse, clinical educator, and healthcare consultant. She has made a career of providing patient-centered care and staff education in acute care and sub-acute settings. Most recently she has begun focusing her energy on community involvement and decreasing the care disparity for underserved communities domestically and abroad. Krista has led the development of the C.H.A.N.T.™ Cares program which has helped develop scholarships and mentorship for nursing students in partnership with Riverside Community College.

Yesenia Orozco, M.S., L.M.F.T.

Chief Education Officer

Yesenia is a licensed therapist, compassionate mental health advocate, and education consultant. She has led initiatives that have brought mental health support to individuals and families in need. Yesenia was instrumental in developing C.H.A.N.T.™ 4 Kids, which has provided a foundation of health and safety education for southern California children. Yesenia remains active in government policy and has begun creating additional mental health support channels for children.
